Purpose Midwife. Speaker. Author. Faith-Based Coach. Cycle-Breaker.
I know what it feels like to be broken, silenced, and stuck in cycles you didn’t ask for. I’m a survivor of physical and emotional trauma and by God’s grace, I’ve been called to help women just like you heal, rise, and reclaim everything that was lost.
Through faith, strategy, and Spirit-led truth, I partner with women who are ready for more than healing: women who desire identity grounded in purpose, leadership empowered by faith, and legacies built from their truth.
For years, I helped women heal their bodies through fitness and nutrition. But God gave me a new mandate: to go deeper, to create a safe space for emotional and spiritual becoming after divorce, toxic relationships, betrayal, and loss.
